Vince met with me to discuss my new home build , it was clear he has a great deal of experience and assured me he was willing to work with the people I had chosen for the part of my build that prefabricated ( SIPS) passive home wall panels . He was flexible and willing to oversee my new build and convert an existing lofted garage into an apartment on the same property as well. The project has been ongoing thru the past year and the apartment is complete plus the new home is well underway. Vince and his team have done an excellent job.

The pandemic has made some construction take longer, but Vince continues to work safely with his team to get the job done. I highly recommend them .

Advanced Building Group worked on my kitchen renovation in 2017 which also included the top 2 floors of my house. From preparing the quote to the final end product Vince and his team were professional. Vince offered advice on design elements that have wowed visitors to our home. His attention to detail was exceptional and just what I was looking for. We lived in our home during the reno. Vince and his team were very clean, the dust was kept to a minimum and tools were left neatly at the end of the day! We enjoyed the reno so much we got Advance Building Group to refinish our basement in 2020. Again Vince was professional and managed all the timelines with supply shortages. We knew from the onset there would be delays and Vince kept those communication lines open so we knew what to expect and when he and/or his team would be onsite. We are now finished our renovations, but almost want to buy another house just so we can renovate with Advanced Building Group again!
